This recipe book was inspired by lockdown when life changed suddenly for everyone and the pheka cooking school had to temporarily close.
pheka owner, Danielle, decided to post daily recipes on the pheka Facebook page to share some inspiration with her awesome followers during this challenging time.
Her criteria for the recipes she posted was that they had to be healthy, have simple ingredients and be really easy to follow.
The response was amazing! The many requests for Danielle's daily posts to be turned into a cookbook people could use in everyday life, was just the nudge she needed to create "pheka fresh simple cooking"
